All E-Posters must be created using the following guidelines:

  • Important! Only the official ISMTEC 2018 PPT template provided is allowed (download from website here)
  • E-Poster files must be submitted to the conference and include: 1) First single page with complete research details according to the E-Poster presentation type (see E-Poster presentation types below) and 2) A maximum of ten pages of additional information, for example photos, videos, charts, graphs, etc.
  • Presenters can use any font types and sizes as appropriate, but should be easy to read.
  • Each E-Poster file size should be less than 30 MB.
  • Submit the proposal form and E-Poster file in both PPT and PDF to the conference via email or share the files on Google drive or any other cloud storage.
  • All E-Poster presentations will be reviewed by the conference academic committee. Selection will be based on applicability to the conference theme or sub themes, conformity to E-Poster guidelines, ease of reading, and professional quality.
  • E-Poster acceptance will be posted on the conference website as well as sent by email.
  • Revision of an E-Poster before acceptance may be needed depending on the committee’s review.

Note:
All E-Poster files will be displayed on TV screens (approximately 20 screens at the conference venue). Conference participants can view directly on TV screens. E-Posters showing on TV screens will be set to read only files (cannot edit). There will be one designated session for E-Poster presenters to interact with participants.
